PRESS-SENSE AND BAY DIGITAL TO LAUNCH ORDERSENSE:  A JOINT VENTURE ASP APPLICATION IN NORTH AMERICA

April 13, 2007 – San Carlos, CA --In response to market demand, Press-sense has partnered with Bay Digital to form OrderSense to introduce a new ASP version of the successful Press-sense iWay stand-alone product. For the North American market, Press-sense and Bay Digital today announced a partnership called OrderSense LLC, which is scheduled to launch the ASP model on May 15th.

First introduced in 2001, Press-sense iWay is a complete, end-to-end, print-on-demand, workflow and business management solution that enables digital service providers to automate their production and business workflow via the internet. OrderSense will offer new users the opportunity to steadily build their businesses via an automated internet workflow. With this growth, print service businesses will eventually want to invest in an iWay server and bring the workflow in-house. When this happens, Press-sense has designed a seamless upgrade path to the full version, which will allow users to maintain their job files, templates, business, and their online clientele. OrderSense will be managed by industry veteran Danny Cox and will be based in the San Francisco Bay area. The company will market to commercial printers and digital service providers throughout the U.S. and Canada. A program has been established to reward Press-sense resellers who guide qualified prospects to the OrderSense website. The company will offer customer support and training. “Press-sense iWay offers features and benefits that are clearly superior to any other offerings, including easy creation of templates, a layout manager for ganging jobs, and a comprehensive preflighting tool,” notes Danny Cox, President, OrderSense. “Yet despite its track record of ROI, it isn’t always affordable to everyone. The OrderSense ASP model, which supplies all the same production capabilities, offers a monthly-fee alternative that will make Press-sense iWay affordable to just about every small to mid-sized commercial printer. And we’ve developed an easy upgrade path that will enable ASP users to economically trade-up to an in-house model at any time. We believe this program is a solution that’ll open up web-to-print to every service provider.”
